With substantial labor support experience at Our Birthing Center, Morristown, Chilton, Overlook Medical Centers, and home births in Morris, Sussex and surrounding counties, Britt brings a nuanced understanding of the local birth facilities, options, community and resources in north and northwest New Jersey as well as a deep knowledge of the physiology, psychology, and sociology of pregnancy, birth and breastfeeding. She is the Director of Childbirth Education and Lactation at The Midwives of New Jersey, and teaches classes and offers breastfeeding support in their Madison and Mount Olive locations. Caring for the birthing person and their family holistically, in the context of real life, has always informed her work.
